My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant surprises and a few letdowns. The room was lovely and very clean, with a fairly modern vibe, but it also had some old features and distasteful details like cigarette burns. The service was amazing, with very helpful and professional staff, although I did not experience the laundry service. The location was good, convenient for my needs, but there were some safety concerns with the electrical fixtures in the rooms. The dining experience was fine considering the price paid, yet it did not match the pictures online. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money with some areas that could use improvement.
